Věrnostní karta CineStar Club **	100 Kč

Zakoupená vstupenka platí pouze pro konkrétní filmové představení, konkrétní sál a místo na ní uvedené.
*Pro poskytnutí ceny on-line je nutné provést úhradu vstupenek nebo rezervaci i úhradu vstupenek pouze prostřednictvím webu cinestar.cz. Sleva nemůže být poskytnuta, pokud je rezervace provedena prostřednictvím webu cinestar.cz a úhrada vstupenek na pokladně multikina.
Nárok na zlevněnou vstupenku mají studenti (s platným studentským průkazem do 26ti let včetně), děti (do 12ti let včetně), senioři (nad 60 let včetně), ZTP, ZTP/P (doprovod ZTP/P jedna osoba zdarma). Pro slevu ZTP, ZTP/P je nutné předložit průkaz.
Dítě do tří let nemusí platit vstupné, nemá ale nárok na vlastní sedačku.
Rodinné vstupné (minimálně 1 dospělý, 1 dítě a maximálně 4 osoby). Rodinné vstupné lze zakoupit pouze na pokladně multikina (nelze zakoupit přes internet) a platí pouze na jedno vybrané představení. Rodinné vstupné vždy obsahuje 4 samostatné vstupenky.

Akce znamená film s doprovodným programem jako např. Dámská jízda, Dětská neděle. Pro platbu vstupenky nelze použít poukázky a body z věrnostního programu.
Příplatek Akce (např. Dámská jízda, Dětská neděle) se připočítává k základním cenám Standard, VIP, Standard online, VIP online.
Na akci Dámská jízda platí sleva pouze v rámci CineStar Club, neplatí žádné jiné slevy např. dítě, student, ZTP, senior.
Na akci Dětská neděle lze uplatnit slevu v rámci CineStar Club, dále v kategoriích dítě, student, ZTP, senior.
Pro některé akce označené jako Alternativní program může být stanovena individuální cena (MET opery, přenosy koncertů apod).
Sleva CineStar Club se odečítá od konečné ceny, t.j. základní ceny a případných příplatků.
** Cena za roční (12 měsíců) členství ve věrnostním programu společnosti CineStar. V případě ztráty věrnostní karty člena věrnostního programu je účtován poplatek 40,- Kč za vystavení nové karty.
Při nákupu vstupenek prostřednictvím karty CineStar Club bude sleva poskytnuta maximálně na 4 vstupenky z jednoho představení.

Dárkové poukázky 3D lze použít na nákup vstupenek Standard a VIP bez doplatku. Dárkové poukázky lze využít na nákup vstupenek pro představení ve 3D formátu bez doplatku.
Čestné a omluvné poukázky 2D a 3D lze použít na libovolné představení.
Veškeré poukázky (stravovací poukázky, poukázky pro volný čas) je nutné vyčerpat v plné hodnotě a nejsou směnitelné za hotovost.

Otevírací doba multikina je 30 minut před prvním představením dle aktuálního programu.
Změna programu vyhrazena.
Pokladny vstupenek a pokladny prodeje občerstvení jsou uzavřeny vždy 15 minut po začátku posledního představení.

Návštěvníkům není dovoleno účastnit se představení, pokud nesplňují věkovou hranici přístupnosti stanovenou výrobcem nebo distributorem audiovizuálního díla dle § 4, písm c) a d) Předpisu č. 496/2012 Sb (Zákon o audiovizi); návštěvníci jsou za tímto účelem povinni prokázat provozovateli multikina CineStar skutečnost, že splňují příslušnou věkovou hranici.
Ceník je platný pro vstupenky zakoupené na představení konané od 2.5.2023 včetně do vydání ceníku nového.
