** Slevy AppDay platí pouze ve čtvrtek a jsou vypočítány z cen vstupného platných pro on-line nákupy. Pro poskytnutí ceny AppDay je nutné provést úhradu vstupenek nebo rezervaci i úhradu vstupenek pouze prostřednictvím mobilní aplikace CineStar. Sleva nemůže být poskytnuta, pokud je rezervace anebo úhrada provedena jiným způsobem, tj. na pokladnách anebo na webu www.cinestar.cz.
*** Cena za roční (12 měsíců) členství ve věrnostním programu společnosti CineStar. V případě ztráty věrnostní karty člena věrnostního programu je účtován poplatek 40 Kč za vystavení nové karty.
Příplatky ATMOS, VIP sedačky a Akce se připočítávají k základním cenám 2D, 3D, 2D online, 3D online, 2D AppDay, 3D AppDay dle zvukového formátu představení (ATMOS), typu sedačky (VIP) a akce (např. Dámská jízda). Sleva CineStar Club se odečítá od konečné ceny, t.j. základní ceny a případných příplatků.

Student (s platným studentským průkazem do 26ti let včetně), dítě (do 12ti let včetně), senior (nad 60 let včetně), ZTP, ZTP/P (doprovod ZTP/P jedna osoba zdarma). Pro slevu ZTP, ZTP/P je nutné předložit platný průkaz.
Dítě do tří let nemusí platit vstupné, nemá ale nárok na vlastní sedačku.
Rodinné vstupné (minimálně 1 dospělý, 1 dítě a maximálně 4 osoby). Rodinné vstupné lze zakoupit pouze na pokladně multikina (nelze zakoupit přes internet nebo přes mobilní aplikaci) a platí pouze na jedno vybrané představení. Rodinné vstupné vždy obsahuje 4 samostatné vstupenky.
Při nákupu vstupenek prostřednictvím karty CineStar Club bude sleva poskytnuta maximálně na 4 vstupenky z jednoho představení.
Dárkové poukázky 2D lze použít na nákup vstupenek pro 3D představení s doplatkem. Výše doplatku je rozdílem mezi základním vstupným 3D a 2D. Čestné a omluvné poukázky standard použít nelze.
Dárkové poukázky 2D a 3D lze použít na nákup vstupenek na VIP sedačky s doplatkem 30 Kč. Čestné a omluvné poukázky standard lze uplatnit bez doplatku.
Dárkové poukázky 2D a 3D lze použít na nákup vstupenek pro představení Dolby ATMOS s doplatkem 30 Kč resp. 60 Kč pro VIP sedačky. Čestné a omluvné poukázky standard lze uplatnit bez doplatku.
Dárkové poukázky 2D a 3D lze použít na nákup vstupenek do sálů Gold Class s doplatkem. Výše doplatku 2D/3D je rozdílem mezi základním vstupným Gold Class a 2D/3D. Čestné a omluvné poukázky standard použít nelze.
Zakoupená vstupenka platí pouze pro konkrétní filmové představení, konkrétní sál a místo na ní uvedené.
Za každou online zakoupenou vstupenku zákazník obdrží slevu 10 Kč na nákup vybraného občerstvení.
Akce znamená film s doprovodným programem jako např. Dámská jízda, Dětská neděle. Pro platbu vstupenky nelze použít poukázky a body z věrnostního programu.
Na akci Dámská jízda platí sleva pouze v rámci CineStar Club, neplatí žádné jiné slevy např. dítě, student, ZTP, senior.
Na akci Dětská neděle lze uplatnit slevu v rámci CineStar Club, dále v kategoriích dítě, student, ZTP, senior.
Pro některé akce může být stanovena individuální cena (MET opery, přenosy koncertů apod.).

Další informace

Otevírací doba multikina je 30 minut před prvním představením dle aktuálního programu.
Změna programu vyhrazena.
Pokladny vstupenek a pokladny prodeje občerstvení jsou uzavřeny vždy 15 minut po začátku posledního představení.
Získat informace o aktuálním programu a uskutečnit rezervace vstupenek lze prostřednictví operátorů zákaznické linky na tel. čísle 800 288 288 anebo e-mailem zaslaným na adresu This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
Návštěvníkům není dovoleno účastnit se představení, pokud nesplňují věkovou hranici přístupnosti stanovenou výrobcem nebo distributorem audiovizuálního díla dle § 4, písm c) a d) Předpisu č. 496/2012 Sb (Zákon o audiovizi); návštěvníci jsou za tímto účelem povinni prokázat provozovateli multikina CineStar skutečnost, že splňují příslušnou věkovou hranici.
Veškeré poukázky (stravovací poukázky, poukázky pro volný čas) je nutné vyčerpat v plné hodnotě a nejsou směnitelné za hotovost.
Ceník je platný pro vstupenky zakoupené od 7.9.2020 včetně do vydání ceníku nového.
